YMCA Leadership and Learning Center

A 56,000 square foot facility containing the administrative offices for the Metro Atlanta YMCA and the Head Start Early Learning Center. The project incorporated a new surface parking lot for 140 cars, new hardscape, and landscaping on all sides. The new structures includes a two‐story office building that houses a six‐classroom Head Start childcare program, a small employee fitness center, wellness and mercantile facilities, as well as training rooms for YMCA employees. The upper level consists of open workstations, some private offices, small conference rooms, and a break room for YMCA employees.
