Westside on the Rise

Westside on the Rise served as the new recruit housing facility for the Atlanta Police Department. This three-story, 17,000SF building featured residential-style apartments with a basement-level common space, including a fitness center. Constructed with a slab-on-grade foundation and wood framing, the exterior showcased fiber cement cladding, brick veneer, and TPO and standing seam roofs. The facility housed 12 units ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, each featuring residential-grade finishes, carpet and LVT flooring, and fully equipped kitchens with GE appliances.
