Pace Academy – Strength & Conditioning Center

The renovation of Pace Academy’s 6,000SF Strength and Conditioning Center was completed on time and within budget, with no disruption to campus operations. The project included demolition, HVAC, electrical work, finishes, and life safety improvements, while accommodating student use and the owner’s schedule.
