Carl E. Sanders Family YMCA at Buckhead

The Carl E. Sanders YMCA is a 61,650SF, two-story facility that underwent a 13,238SF expansion, adding a wellness area, group exercise rooms, offices, and storage. Renovations included updates to the wellness area, locker rooms, child watch area, gym, and natatorium, along with new parking, playgrounds, and roadway entrances. Construction was completed with minimal disruption to daily operations at Atlanta’s busiest YMCA.
