Alston & Bird Renovation

The 16-floor consolidation and renovation of an existing law firm located at One Atlantic Center. Designed to achieve LEED gold certification, the space included attorney offices, administrative staff offices, two large conference rooms and a dining floor overlooking the Atlanta skyline. The phased renovation required significant tenant coordination to allow for daily operation. The construction team worked night shifts and extended hours throughout the project to confirm the project schedule was maintained.
