Our Services

General Contracting: We oversee and manage the entire construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors.
Design and Build Services: Combining design and construction under one roof, this allows for streamlined project execution and better control over schedule and budget
Ground-Up Construction: Building new commercial structures from the foundation up, including MOB/offices, education facilities, hotels and more.
Interior Build-Outs or Tenant Improvements (Tls): We complete the interior fit-outs for commercial spaces, including installing fixtures and equipment, and ensuring code compliance and permitting.
Project Management: We manage all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, budget tracking, quality control, and client communication.

Sachin Shailendra, President of SG Contracting, Inc., leads the company with more than 22 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He is responsible for overseeing the company's operations, ensuring people and projects are aligned for successful outcomes. With extensive expertise in project management, business strategy, and client relations, Sachin has effectively led the company through diverse market conditions and the completion of hundreds of complex projects. Known for his strategic problem-solving and commitment to building lasting client relationships, he works closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to bring each project to life, whether it's a large-scale development or a specialized renovation.

Ben Bunyard

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Ben Bunyard oversees the daily operations of SG Contracting, focusing on optimizing the company's safety program, refining preconstruction processes, and enhancing both office and field operations. His leadership extends to fostering team engagement and cultivating strong relationships with clients, trade contractors, vendors, and design professionals. With more than 40 years of experience in general contracting, Ben brings invaluable expertise and a servant leadership approach to the company. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction, which has earned him a reputation for excellence in the industry.

Joe Pardue

Chief Operation Officer

Joe Pardue is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of construction and project management experience, consistently delivering impressive outcomes that exceed client expectations. His expertise enables him to effectively lead and supervise construction managers and field personnel. Joe has shown remarkable perseverance and ingenuity in completing projects with tight budgets and demanding schedules. His ability to anticipate potential issues, combined with the confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions swiftly, allows him to address challenges as they arise.

Blake Lewis

Vice President of Financa

Blake Lewis oversees SG Contracting’s accounting and finance, risk management. He specializes in financial reporting and analysis, collaborating closely with executive management to assist the company achieve its overall goals. Blake started his career more than 15 years ago at one of the industry's most respected construction accounting firms. He has provided attestation and consulting services to over 200 construction entities across 16 states. Blake’s expertise includes litigation support, contract review, continuity planning, mergers and acquisitions, meeting facilitation, and strategic planning.

Greg Gentry

Director of Preconstruction

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills, Greg Gentry is an experienced professional who leads his team in tasks such as quantity take-offs, scope sheets, and trade partner pricing analysis. Throughout his career, he has effectively developed cost-efficient solutions to complex construction challenges. Greg plays a vital role in the early stages of construction projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure a smooth transition from concept to construction. He collaborates with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope, objectives, and specifications, confirming designs meet client requirements. Greg’s role involves leading the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets, analyzing project costs, and identifying value engineering opportunities to optimize the project's value without compromising quality. Greg also has experience in assessing potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensures compliance with safety regulations, and environmental standards.
